For this school-wide activity, learners are grouped into four teams.
During the 3rd day, teams shot videos for their 5-7 minute vlog. Each team was assigned a topic, following very clear set of criteria. The teams went to Quezon Memorial Circle to know the place better and showcase through a vlog the activities, food, and people in this public park in the middle of Quezon City, Philippines.
Watch out for the vlogs of Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow teams this coming week!
The Language Festival aims for the learners to perform various targeted language exercises/tasks as a group, produce language festival-related outcomes following a set of criteria, and cooperate and develop teamwork with learners from other classes and levels.
This is the first ever face-to-face Language Festival activity at ALC after two years.
